Product Description

        DPL Series modules are the core components of semiconductor-pumped solid-state laser systems. DPL modules can be used in a variety of solid-state laser oscillator and amplifier designs by varying the material, diameter, and length of the solid-state laser crystal bar, the number of semiconductor laser pump bars, the operating mode and other parameters. With the advantages of high output power, high beam quality, low thermal effect, high efficiency and compact device structure, it has gradually replaced the traditional lamp-pumped lasers and gas lasers and is widely used in many advanced manufacturing fields. As the core pump source of solid-state lasers, the semiconductor laser side pump module directly determines the performance and reliability of solid-state lasers.

        The DPL module provided by Lumispot Tech offers 50W to 500W power output. With a pump source wavelength of 808nm at 25 degrees Celsius, various gain medium crystal sizes, and a total module weight of 1kg-4.5kg, including Nd: YAG doping concentration of 0.6wt.% in the gain medium. These diode side-pumped laser gain modules benefit from the advantages of Lumispot Tech’s sophisticated diode laser packaging and manufacturing technology and experience.  This diode-side pumped laser sources offer excellent reliability in all possible modes of operation, from short pulses at high repetition rates up to and including CW conditions.

         Laser cutting, used for several applications, including aerospace, automotive, electronics, and many others, is the main application field the DPL uses.In addition to this, the CW laser gain module can also be applied in laser marking, diamond cutting, Nano/Pico-second Laser Amplifier and high gain pulse pump amplifier
