Product Description

        The diode pump module(DPL) is the main component of semiconductor-pumped solid-state laser systems and is divided into continuous and quasi-continuous laser side pump modules. The quasi-continuous semiconductor laser side pump module is the core of the semiconductor-pumped solid-state laser system. By changing the material, diameter, and length of the solid-state laser crystal bar, the number of semiconductor laser pumping bars and other parameters, the DPL module can be used in the design of oscillators and amplifiers for various solid-state lasers. It has gradually replaced traditional lamp-pumped lasers and gas lasers with its high pumping efficiency, high gain uniformity, macro-channel water cooling and low maintenance cost, and is widely used in many advanced manufacturing fields. As the key pumping source of solid-state lasers, the semiconductor laser side pumping module directly determines the performance and reliability of solid-state lasers.

        Lumispot Tech offers QCW DPL modules with power outputs ranging from 5000W to 20,000W. At 25 degrees Celsius, the pump source wavelength is 808 nm with an error of less than 3 nm, the excitation wavelength in the gain medium is 1064 nm, and the Nd: YAG doping concentration in the gain medium is 0.6 wt%. These diode-side pumped laser gain modules take advantage of Lumispot Tech's an advanced diode laser packaging and manufacturing technology and experience. Unlike CW DPLs, QCW DPLs are typically used in OPO, nanosecond/picosecond laser amplifiers and high-gain pulsed pump amplifiers.
