Product Description

According to different client’s needs, the number of assembled bars in stacks can be customized at most to 20 pieces.The product power coverage can reach a maximum of 6000W. Among them, this 808nm Horizontal Stack, with teeny wavelength error within 2nm, is one of the best-selling model. The bars are arranged at this AuSn Hard Solder Technology and welded together. Relying on the characteristics of compact structure, high power density, high peak power, high reliability and long service life, the cooled stacks can be applicated in the area of lighting, science research, detection and pump source.

          Based on the current technology of continuous wave (CW) diode lasers, further development and optimization has resulted in high-performance quasi-continuous wave (QCW) operated diode laser bars for pumping applications. Mounted on a standard heat sink, these 808nm quasi-continuous wave horizontal laser bars exhibit a maximum qcw output power of over 6000W and are capable of achieving a stable electro-optical conversion efficiency of 50% to 55%. This is also a very impressive and competitive figure for similar product parameters in the market. Even under rough environmental conditions, a stack of 9 laser bars demonstrates an output power of 2.7 kW (nearly a maximum 300 W per bar ). The compact and robust packages with AuSn hard solder, allow good thermal control and are reliable at high temperatures of operation. As the result, the product is stable and can be stored for long periods of time between -60 and 85 degrees Celsius, making it an excellent choice as an industrial rangefinder and a pump source.
