Visual Inspection is the application of image analysis technology in factory automation by using optical systems, industrial digital cameras, and image processing tools to simulate human visual capabilities and make appropriate decisions. The vision inspection system from Lumispot Tech called WDE004, adopting the semiconductor laser as the light source, has a range of output power from 15W to 50W, multiple wavelengths (808nm/915nm/1064nm). This machine assembles and designs the laser, camera and power supply part in an integrated manner,.The compact structure reduces the physical volume of the machine,and ensures good heat dissipation and stable operation simultaneously. As it is already assembled whole machine model, it means that it will be more convenient to use and the time of field modulation is reduced accordingly. The main features of the product are: free modulation before use, integrated design, wide temperature operation requirements (-40℃ to 60℃), uniform light spot, and can be customized.WDE004 is mainly used in railroad tracks, vehicles, pantographs, tunnels, roadways, logistics and industrial detection behavior. Also, it has two laser trigger modes: continuous and pulsed available.
